These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nalcomania website, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein.
Nalcomania is a curated atelier dedicated to handcrafted objects, ambient lighting, and slow-living homeware. Our mission embraces ethical production, natural materials, and timeless design. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.
To place orders or access certain features, you may need to register for a Nalcomania account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create fraudulent orders, or misuse our community guidelines.
Every piece at Nalcomania is either handcrafted by independent artisans or produced in limited runs. Due to the nature of natural materials (clay, wood, stone, alabaster), slight variations in color, grain, and form are not defects — they are signatures of authenticity.
We strive to display product imagery and descriptions as accurately as possible, but screen resolutions may affect color representation. Pricing is listed in USD (or local currency where available) and does not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated. Nalcomania reserves the right to adjust prices, discontinue items, or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment discrepancies, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Payment: We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure gateways. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery: Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout. While we partner with reliable carriers, Nalcomania is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
We want you to cherish your Nalcomania object. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items (unused, in original packaging). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
For handcrafted pieces, we offer a Lifetime Care Service for minor repairs (wood conditioning, re-gluing, ceramic consolidation) at a nominal fee, ensuring your heirloom lasts generations. Exclusions: misuse, extreme environmental damage, or intentional alteration.
Final sale items, limited-edition collaborations, and made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, product photography, text, graphics, icons, and the Nalcomania name — is the exclusive property of Nalcomania or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The unique design language, "quiet elegance" aesthetic, and product silhouettes are protected under design rights. However, we celebrate inspiration — if you wish to feature our products in editorial contexts, please contact press@lumora-studio.com.

Our Platform may include links to external sites (e.g., artisan profiles, payment providers). Nalcomania does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of third parties. We recommend reviewing their terms before interacting.
Nalcomania provides the Platform "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Nalcomania be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of products or the Platform, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers — those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by local law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nalcomania, its founders, artisans, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden (for our European operations) and the State of California (for US transactions), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nalcomania shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
For EU consumers: you may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
Nalcomania may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or product offerings. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
